.DISCUSSION...

Expect partly sunny skies today with mid to high clouds drifting
through. Mixing will deepen to near 5000 feet and will lead to
excellent smoke dispersal. We expect a minimum humidity of 35 to
40 percent but there is a small chance they could drop a bit lower
with the deeper mixing. Winds gusts around 15 mph will occur late
morning into the afternoon with the better mixing with an
infrequent gust to 20 mph possible.

Precipitation is not expected over the next week and temperatures
will rise and be well above normal by mid-week.
