.DISCUSSION...

Winds become southwesterly Sunday afternoon with more rain
expected late Sunday evening into Monday. Before rain arrives on
Sunday, min RH values may fall as low as 30 to 35 percent, but
with wind gusts remaining under 15 mph, fire weather activity is
expected to be low. Smoke dispersal will be good to excellent
given mixing heights at or slightly above 6000 feet through the
afternoon.

Late Sunday night into Monday will see the return of thunderstorm
chances with the rain throughout the day. Due to the rain, mixing
heights will peak only around 2000 ft or less Monday afternoon
with poor to fair smoke dispersal. Rainfall totals from late
Sunday into Monday will be on the order of one-third to one-half
inch.
