.DISCUSSION...

Mostly cloudy tonight with chances for showers increasing after
3AM. Rain showers will persist through the morning hours Monday
before tapering off Monday afternoon. Rainfall totals through
Monday afternoon will be in the 0.10 to 0.20 inch range. Highs
Monday will be around 63 with afternoon RH values falling to
around 60 percent. Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 10
mph and then shift to the southwest by mid to late afternoon. A
break in the rainfall is expected for Monday evening into Monday
night before the next system arrives Tuesday midday into Tuesday
afternoon. This second system will bring much more rainfall to the
region with amounts in excess of 2 inches being possible into
Wednesday.

.TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (50-60 percent) then becoming
                    partly cloudy (40-50 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (65-75 percent). Chance of
                    sprinkles overnight. Slight chance of rain
                    showers after 3 am.
Chance of pcpn......20 percent.
Min temperature.....Around 47.
Max humidity........80 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 5 to 7 mph early in the evening
                    becoming light.
Mixing height.......5300 ft AGL decreasing to 1800 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Southwest 7 to 15 mph shifting to the south 7
                    to 9 mph late in the evening.
Smoke dispersal.....Excellent (68800 knot-ft) decreasing to poor to
