.DISCUSSION...
Another warm day with Min RHs around 40% this afternoon.
Persistent southerly winds will continue with a few gusts around
20 mph. Low level inversions to start the day will make for poor
mixing initially. At ignition time ventilation rates may still be
fair but are expected to improve to excellent by the afternoon.
Rain chances will not return until tomorrow morning.
