...LOCALLY DENSE FOG AFFECTING AREAS ALONG THE NORTH SHORE...

Areas of locally dense fog will linger along elevated terrain
areas around the Twin Ports and North Shore through late morning.
Areas around the Twin Ports include Proctor, Hermantown,
Piedmont, Duluth Heights, and Woodland. Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4
mile will be possible at times, but visibility will continue to
gradually improve late this morning. Reduce your speed and use
low-beam headlights when encountering foggy areas.
