...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN KOOCHICHING COUNTY
THROUGH 745 PM CDT...

At 721 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles east of Baudette to
18 miles north of Waskish to 11 miles northwest of Upper Red Lake.
Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Birchdale and Manitou.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
north central Minnesota.
