...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ITASCA COUNTY
THROUGH 545 AM CDT...

At 512 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles north of Taconite, or 18 miles north of Grand Rapids, moving
north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Togo, McCarthy Beach State Park, Deer Lake Northern Itasca County,
Stony Brook, Buck Lake, Stingy Lake, Lawrence Lake, Bear Lake, and
Balsam Lake.
