...STRONG THUNDERSTORMs WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL KOOCHICHING AND
NORTHWESTERN ST. LOUIS COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM CDT...

At 326 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorms 12
miles southwest of Kabetogama, or 17 miles south of International
Falls, moving northeast at 50 mph. A second strong thunderstorm was
located just south of the first.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Kabetogama, Voyageurs National Park, Kabetogama Lake, Rainy Lake
West, Ray, Sand Point Lake, and Bois Forte Band Nett Lake Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
