  Iowa-Minnesota border to near Wallingford.

* WHEN...From Friday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Sandbagging may be needed on the W side of
  Estherville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
