  East Fork Des Moines River at Dakota City affecting Humboldt
  County.

.These forecasts are highly dependent on forecast rainfall amounts
through Sunday morning, therefore the crest values are conditional on
the forecast rainfall occurring.

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...The East Fork Des Moines River at Dakota City, or from
  Highway C26 to the West Fork Des Moines River.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water affects the Dakota City bridge just
  south of town.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.2 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Monday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
