...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT
FOR EASTERN MADISON AND WESTERN WARREN COUNTIES...

At 731 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Spring Hill to near Bevington to 4 miles
northwest of Winterset-Madison County Airport, moving southwest at 5
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Winterset, Avenue Of The Saints Event Center, St. Charles,
Martensdale, Patterson, St. Marys, Bevington, Spring Hill, and
Winterset-Madison County Airport.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 48 and 63.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
