.DISCUSSION...Warming trend continues with highs in the mid 80s today
and nearing 90 on Thursday. Humidity increases during this time as
well with minimum RH values holding in the 40 to 50 percent range.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms arrive Thursday along with
increasing southwest winds. Higher than usual confidence in hot and
humid conditions early next week with daytime highs in the 90s.
