.DISCUSSION...Dry weather expected through Wednesday with
temperatures warming mostly into the 80s. Minimum RHs through this
period will continue to hold around 30 to 40 percent with generally
light winds through Wednesday. Rain and thunderstorms arrive
Thursday along with increasing southwest winds. Higher than usual
confidence in hot and humid conditions early next week with daytime
highs in the 90s.
