* WHAT...Expect sustained winds up to 18 knots from the west
  with gusts up to 28 knots. The largest significant waves will
  be 2 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 3 feet.

* WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to
  North Cape MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 10 AM EDT Friday
  with the largest waves expected around 11 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Westerly winds have dropped below 25 knots
  late this evening, but will pick up again on Friday.
