* At 1010 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 12 nm west of Mt Clemens Harbor Of Refuge to near
  St. Clair Shores to near Grosse Pointe, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
