At 353 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Chelsea, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Chelsea, Dexter, Canton, Salem, Dixboro,
Whitmore Lake, Barton Hills, Hudson Mills Metropark, Delhi Mills,
Pinckney State Recreation Area, Hudson Mills, Lyndon Township, and
Pittsfield Township.

This includes the following highways...
 I-94 between mile markers 155 and 187.
 M-14 between mile markers 1 and 15.
 US-23 between mile markers 34 and 52.
