...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN SANILAC...
SOUTHEASTERN LAPEER AND NORTHWESTERN ST. CLAIR COUNTIES THROUGH 445
PM EDT...

At 345 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Imlay City, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Imlay City, Almont, Yale, Capac, Brown City, Dryden, Melvin, Lum,
Attica, Brockway, Burnside, Goodland Township, Lynn Township, Valley
Center, Allenton, and Roseburg.

This includes I-69 between mile markers 159 and 181.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
