Flood Warning for the following rivers in Illinois...Iowa...

  Mississippi River at New Boston LD17 affecting Louisa and Mercer
  Counties.

  Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Mercer, Louisa, Des
  Moines and Henderson Counties.

CDT.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at New Boston LD17.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.1 feet, Lock and Dam 17 is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:40 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Thursday morning and continue rising to 17.8 feet
    Monday, July 01. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Water affects houses on 1st Street in
  Oquawka.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Thursday morning and continue rising to 16.7 feet Monday,
    July 01.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
