This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Building heat and humidity will combine with near daily
thunderstorm chances in the region from Tuesday night through the
weekend. The storm prediction center is forecasting a marginal
risk, level 1 out of 5 for both Tuesday and Wednesday, northwest
of Cedar Rapids to Dubuque Iowa. Thursday, the storm prediction
center is forecasting a slight risk, level 2 out of 5 for much of
the entire outlook area.

Early indications also suggest that heat index readings may exceed
95 degrees at times late this week.
