...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern
Carroll, southeastern Jo Daviess and western Stephenson Counties
through 930 PM CDT...

At 840 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Massbach, or 11 miles northwest of Mount Carroll, moving east at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and minor flooding from
         torrential rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects. Slowing or redirecting of traffic
         due to ponding or flowing water. Closure of waterfront
         access due to flooding.

Freeport, Lena, Stockton, Pearl City, Massbach, Loran, Kent, Eleroy,
Damascus, Lake Le-Aqua-
na State Park, Mc Connell, Scioto Mills, Willow, Stockton Airport,
Bolton, and Elmoville.
