...Wind Gusts to around 40 MPH Possible...

An outflow boundary from storms into southern Wisconsin will move
across the area over the next 1 to 2 hours. As it passes, winds
will turn gusty at over 30 mph to around 40 mph from the
northwest. Loose objects may be blown around. Some blowing dust
and a brief reduction in visibility is possible near any freshly
tilled fields.
