...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL JOHNSON COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.
However, severe winds will remain possible through the Severe
Thunderstorm Warning.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
east central Iowa.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN CEDAR AND NORTHWESTERN MUSCATINE COUNTIES...

At 725 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over West Liberty, or 9 miles southeast of West Branch,
moving east at 35 mph. These storms produced a 68 mph gust at Iowa
City Airport.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Atalissa and Saulsbury Bridge Campground around 730 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
