...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN BUCHANAN AND WESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 406 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Monti, or 11 miles southwest of Manchester, moving
northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Manchester, Masonville, Manchester Airport, Winthrop Golf Course,
  Robinson, Coffins Grove Park, and Delaware County Fairgrounds
  around 410 PM CDT.
  Dundee and Baileys Ford Park around 415 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include
Delaware, Delhi and Turtle Creek Park.
