...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Missouri,
  including the following counties, in north central Missouri, Linn,
  Macon and Sullivan. In northeast Missouri, Adair.

* WHEN...Until 330 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1223 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Kirksville, Macon, Milan, La Plata, Bevier, Green City,
    Atlanta, Callao, Greencastle, New Cambria, Gibbs, Millard,
    Elmer, Ethel, South Gifford, New Boston, Winigan, Kirksville
    Regional, Green Castle and Reger.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
