* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Platte River near Agency.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Low-lying areas east of Agency begin to
  flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 21.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this evening and continue falling to 7.5 feet Tuesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
