MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Platte River near Agency.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Low-lying areas east of Agency begin to
  flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 22.8 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
