SOUTHWESTERN RAY COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...
The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
west central Missouri. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch also remains in
effect until 100 AM CDT for west central Missouri.

FOR SOUTHWESTERN LAFAYETTE AND EASTERN JACKSON COUNTIES...
At 1105 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lone Jack, or
near Lake Lotawana, moving south at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Independence, Lee`s Summit, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Greenwood,
Buckner, Lake Lotawana, Lone Jack, Lake Tapawingo, Sibley, Missouri
City, Levasy, Napoleon, Bates City, and Tarsney Lakes.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 15 and 31.
Interstate 470 between mile markers 9 and 16.
