.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Near gale conditions
with occasional gusts to around 30 kt and large steep northerly
wind waves near 10 feet are forecast to continue in the outer
waters through today. Northerly conditions will ease up tonight
and then lay down more substantially Tuesday and Wednesday. Steep
northerly waves will also propagate into the inner waters through
Monday. Conditions will deteriorate again toward the end of the
week, primarily on Friday.
