.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Conditions have generally
calmed today with gentle northerly wind and short period seas
below 5 feet. Light rain showers are expected Tuesday tonight
along an incoming cold front. Moderate northerly wind will build
back in behind the cold front by Wednesday afternoon into Thursday
with gusts up to 25 kts throughout the outer waters and steep
short period seas building back near 10 feet in the outer waters.
Some steeper waves above 6 feet will bleed into the inner waters,
mostly around Cape Mendocino. Strong winds will persist into the
weekend.
