.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
continue to weaken in the northern waters today through tomorrow
due to a weak cold front currently moving through the area.
Strong breezes will remain over the southern waters over the
weekend, with locally near gale to gale force gusts downwind Cape
Mendocino. Widespread strong to near- gale force winds and and
very steep, hazardous seas (12-16 ft @ 10s) are forecast for
early-mid next week.
