.DISCUSSION...Nearly 3000 foot marine layer producing coastal
stratus into interior Del Norte this morning. Moist onshore flow
will keep min RH values near 50% this afternoon. NW winds expected
to increase in the afternoon as an approaching shortwave
destabilizes the marine layer. Increasing mid level cloud cover
will precede a weak frontal passage late this evening and
overnight as NW winds remain slightly elevated. A resurgence of
marine stratus and low level moisture early Thursday will lift out
more quickly late morning as temperatures increase.
