.DISCUSSION...Dry weather and mild temperatures are forecast for
today as a high pressure continues building over the west coast.
Daytime humidity values are expected to be around 40 percent,
with moderate overnight RH`s recoveries values in the low 70
percent. Winds will be mostly light and terrain driven breezes with
northwest winds in the afternoon, becoming offshore (east winds)
flow after midnight. Drying and warming trend conditions will
continue this weekend and early next week.
