.DISCUSSION...Relatively cooler conditions expected again today
with predominant N/NE flow down the Klamath River Valley in the
morning. Winds may become more E/SE in the afternoon and evening
as valleys heat up. Gusts up to 15 mph possible with afternoon daytime
heating. Light offshore flow should continue keep RHs
around 50% overnight. Warmer and drier conditions expected Friday
as N/NE offshore flow strengthens.
