.DISCUSSION...Mostly clear skies and seasonable temperatures are expected
tonight and Friday. Breezy winds are in place this afternoon. Tonight it
is uncertain how much these winds will diminish. The PG418 observation
stayed windy all night last night and it may remain breezy again tonight.
This will also keep the RH lower if it remains breezy and it could be
lower than expected. There may be a brief window Friday morning around 10 am
where the winds are lighter and the RH is lower, but by noon it is expected
to be gusty once gain. Friday night and Saturday RH and winds are both
expected to be lower.
