.DISCUSSION...
A warming trend along with dry weather begins today and continues
through the weekend. Warming temperatures will allow for relative
humidities below 30% across the Rio Grande Plains today through
Monday during the afternoon hours. However, winds will remain
generally less than 10 mph. Low chances of wetting rains return
to near the Coastal Plains on Sunday, to near the I-35 corridor
early to mid week, then to the Rio Grande Plains later next week.
