.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time, as
relative humidity values and winds will remain outside of critical
thresholds.
Conditions are expected to be warm through the end of the week under
mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Little to no rain chances are
expected on Friday and Saturday at this time. Minimum RH values this
afternoon will range from 35 percent in portions of far northwest
Georgia to 55 percent in east-central Georgia. Minimum RH values on
Saturday will range from 35-50 percent. Winds this afternoon be
primarily N to NE at 4-8 mph, diminishing after sunset and becoming
light and variable overnight. Winds on Saturday will be SE at 3-6
mph in the morning, shifting to NW in north Georgia and NE in
central Georgia by the afternoon. Mixing heights will range from
6000-8000 ft each afternoon.
