.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
Winds and relative humidity values will remain outside of critical
thresholds.
Isolated to scattered showers and storms are expected across much
of north and central Georgia today, with increasing coverage of
showers and storms tomorrow (Wednesday). Gusty, erratic winds can
be expected in showers and storms. Otherwise, 20-foot winds will
be south-southeast to southwest today at 5-10 mph with transport
winds at 10-15 mph. Tomorrow, 20-foot winds will be southeast at
5-10 mph with transport winds at 10-20 mph. Minimum RH values will
remain well above the critical threshold of 25%. Mixing heights
will peak at 5000-7000 feet today, with lower mixing heights
expected tomorrow as lower-level cloud cover increases.
