.DISCUSSION...
Mostly clear skies are expected this morning will become partly
cloudy by this afternoon with scattered cumulus. Mixing heights
look to max out between 7 -8kft. Rain chances will 20 percent
peaking during the late afternoon. Afternoon high temperatures
will be unseasonably warm by as much as 10-15 degrees, topping
out between 93-96F. Surface winds and 20-ft winds will be NW at
3-7 mph for most of the day, switching to the SW at 5 mph or less
by 6-7PM.
Some patchy fog is possible early this morning around the burn
site with visibilities of 4-5SM possible. Any fog should burn off
by mid morning. Fog chances for Tuesday morning are about the same
as this morning.
