.DISCUSSION...

Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible this afternoon
and evening. Rain chances will begin to increase on Wednesday
as a frontal boundary interacts with tropical moisture. Locally
heavy rainfall will become possible by Wednesday afternoon.

Skies should be Mostly Sunny to partly cloudy today with
highs in the lower 90s. Heat Index values in the upper 90s
are likely. 20ft winds will start out as SW this morning and
then turn almost due south late this afternoon, then SE during
the evening. Speeds should be fairly light, between 5 and 10 mph.
Transport wind direction will be very similar to the 20 ft winds
with speeds slightly higher. Mixing heights between 5 and 6kft are
likely.

Some patchy fog is possible early this morning and again on
Wednesday morning.
