...TROPICAL STORM WATCH IN EFFECT...

.DISCUSSION...Tropical Storm Helene is forecast to move toward the
Florida Panhandle or Big Bend, making landfall as a major hurricane
late Thursday. Shower and thunderstorm activity will increase this
afternoon well ahead of Helene as increasing moisture interacts
with a low pressure trough. Winds are forecast to begin increasing
by Thursday afternoon. Keep in mind that this forecast may change
due to changes in Helene`s forecast track, along with the size and
speed of movement of the storm. Please see
