...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Oconee,
northeastern Morgan, northern Greene and southwestern Oglethorpe
Counties through 600 PM EDT...

At 536 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was near Wrayswood, or 9 miles
northeast of Madison, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds up to 40 mph, nickel sized hail and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects. Heavy rain may cause temporary
         street flooding especially in poor drainage areas.

Locations impacted include...
Madison, Greensboro, Union Point, Woodville, Siloam, Maxeys,
Penfield, Wrayswood, Greshamville, Farmington, and Apalachee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. Motorists should
slow down and be prepared for possible loss of control due to
hydroplaning.
