...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN GRAND FORKS...
SOUTHEASTERN NELSON...GRIGGS...NORTHWESTERN BARNES AND WESTERN STEELE
COUNTIES THROUGH 500 AM CDT...

At 402 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Mose to near Jamestown. Movement was east at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Valley City, Cooperstown, Finley, Aneta, Wimbledon, Sanborn, and
Binford.

This includes Interstate 94 in North Dakota between mile markers 272
and 291.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for
northeastern North Dakota.
