...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MARSHALL...RED
LAKE...CENTRAL POLK AND PENNINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 700 AM CDT...

At 636 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Wylie, or 12 miles southwest of Thief River Falls, moving east at 50
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Thief River Falls, Red Lake Falls, Oklee, Plummer, St. Hilaire,
Brooks, and Goodridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
