...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Redwood River at Marshall affecting Lyon County.

  Redwood River at Russell affecting Lyon County.

  West Fork Des Moines River at Jackson affecting Jackson County.

  West Fork Des Moines River near Windom affecting Cottonwood and
  Jackson Counties.

  West Fork Des Moines River near Avoca affecting Murray and
  Cottonwood Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Redwood River at Marshall.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the bridge on
  22th St.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.8 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:00 AM CDT Monday was 15.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near a crest of
    15.9 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

  also 61st St begin to flood.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:30 AM CDT Monday was 1429.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 1429.9
    feet this afternoon.
