* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Additional pasture and agricultural land
  begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 8.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Monday was 8.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.1
    feet early Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 PM CDT Monday was 15.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 15.9 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall early Wednesday morning.
    It will rise to 15.4 feet early Wednesday afternoon. It will
    then fall again but remain above flood stage.
