  farm land begin flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Friday was 9.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.6
    feet tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
