...The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls SD has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in South Dakota...Nebraska...Iowa...

  Missouri River at South Sioux City affecting Woodbury, Dakota and
  Union Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at South Sioux City.

* WHEN...From late tonight to late Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, The baseball fields at Scenic Park are
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 23.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening and then to a crest around 31.6 feet early
    tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Tuesday.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
