Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 129 AM CDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Numerous areas have no travel advised. Heed all travel restrictions and do NOT drive around barricades! - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
