  Vermillion River near Chancellor affecting Turner County.

  Pipestone Creek below Pipestone affecting Moody, Minnehaha and
  Pipestone Counties.

  Ocheyedan River near Everly affecting O`Brien and Clay Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  overtopped, water reaches the bottom of the railroad bridge near
  276th Street, and significant agricultural flooding begins.
