* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Split Rock Creek near Corson.

* WHEN...From this morning to Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, The athletic fields at Pioneer Park begin
  to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 12.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 AM CDT Friday was 12.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.9
    feet this evening. This river forecast will be heavily
    impacted by how much additional rain ultimately falls.
  - Flood stage is 8.5 feet.
